It's been a LONG wait, but we are happy to announce that we are working hard on opening our Karve Scottsdale location! Please bear with us as we work to build this beautiful studio! Check back for updates, and if you are on our mailing list we will be sending out updates.

The Red Mountain 202 freeway is now a completed Loop, so we are easily accessible from Queen Creek and Gilbert areas with a travel time reduction of up to 15 minutes for many of our clients! We are no longer isolated in our corner of the Valley! View directions on the "contact" page.

August "Fitness Rewards" contest: We will be giving away a Lululemon yoga mat to our top 6 attendees. The way it works: From August 1st to 31st, all clients will be entered in our contest. Take as many Karve, Pilates mat, Private, duet or group Pilates equipment classes as your heart desires in August. The top six clients with the most visits (ties will be determined by cancellations) will each receive their own Lululemon natural rubber yoga/pilates mat valued at $54.00! These mats are made from natural rubber, are the most anti-slip mats on the market, and even naturally break down in landfills!!! (not that you would EVER want to throw this mat away).
