K Barre

The K Barre exercise technique creates a lean, firm, sculpted body by reshaping and elongating the major muscles of the body. K Barre combines Pilates, core work, ballet barre, yoga, and orthopedic exercises while maintaining an intense pace that burns fat and increases stamina. This may be the most intense hour you’ll ever spend working out.  But we guarantee you’ll be coming back for more when you see what it does for your body.

Pilates focuses primarily on the smaller supporting musculature of the spine, hips, shoulders, and of course the deep abdominals.  K Barre focuses on strengthening the larger muscle groups, such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus muscles, and shoulders, in addition to the abdominals.  After each muscle group is worked through high repetition and small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to release and invigorate the muscles.  Stretching is focused primarily on the hips, chest and lower back to improve posture and body alignment. 

The goal of K Barre is to quickly transform the body in to a beautiful, healthy body equal in strength, balance and flexibility.
