Group Classes:

There are NO pre-requisites in order to attend Karve or Pilates MAT classes.

Karve:

A revolutionary fitness system combining the most efficient mix of intense muscular strengthening and orthopedically sound flexibility. Karve combines intervals of precise ballet barre conditioning techniques, core strengthening, interspersed with Pilates and Yoga-inspired stretch designed to create long lean muscles without bulk. Completely non-impact on your joints, this class is designed to give you a dancer's physique without the need for complicated choreography or dangerous jumping. Karve is such an effective body sculpting technique that it eliminates the need to do additional work in the gym.

Karve PLUS package:

30 days unlimited Karve AND Pilates mat classes, plus up to TWO Tower/Reformer classes within that 30 days. *If you have no experience on Pilates equipment, you cannot qualify for this package or take Tower/Reformer classes until you have taken 3 private Pilates session with a certified instructor at our studio.

Early Morning Karve Bootcamp package:

This package is for the early riser who needs a fitness schedule strict like a bootcamp, kind on the budget and effective on the mind and body! Karve your body 3 times a week and save money! 3 Specific KARVE Classes Per Week for 30 Days: $120. That's $10 a class! Wednesdays 6:00 am, Thursdays 545AM and either Saturday class (8:45 am OR 10:00 am). 30-day timeclock begins the day you attend your first class. Click here to purchase.



Pilates Mat:

- Pilates mat classes will help you improve posture and develop core control, which is the ability to move effectively and efficiently by transmitting force from the body's center. This inner strength development improves posture, balance, and reduces the risk of injury. Pilates mat exercises are sequenced in order to develop the deep abdominal, pelvic floor, spinal, and deep hip musculature. Although performed on the mat, exercise positions will involve lying on your back, seated, standing, on all fours, or lying on your side, or front.

Pilates PLUS package:

30 days unlimited Pilates MAT classes, and up to TWO Karve Classes or Tower/Reformer BASICS Classes (or one of each) in that month.

Pilates Group Equipment Classes:

- There are SOME pre-requisites in order to attend group Tower/Reformer classes. Please read below for more information.

Pilates Tower/Reformer class:

This is a group equipment class designed to give an incredible workout on either the Pilates tower, and/or the Reformer. These classes are designed for clients who have no major health or physical limitations and enjoy a small group environment but still want focused and challenging equipment work. Arm springs, leg springs, push through bar, and roll down bar with mat-work, as well as the authentic Pilates reformer, to deliver a very effective and satisfying workout leaving the body aligned, lengthened and strong.
* If you have no experience on the Pilates equipment, you must attend a minimum of 3 private Pilates sessions or take a Tower/Reformer Basics class a minimum of 3 times in order to develop the basic skills to safely take a group tower/reformer class.

Private Pilates sessions:

The Pilates Method spans all ages and fitness levels. It is a program you look forward to; it engages you and leaves you recharged with a sense of mental and and physical well-being.

Joseph Pilates developed over 500 specific exercises using unique pieces of spring-resistance based equipment. Private and duet Sessions with an instructor offer a dynamic and varied workout using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector, Pilates Circle Ped-o-pul and more.

If you are looking for more sport-specific training, just prefer more individual attention, or have physical limitations that may require more modifications in order to increase your strength levels, then private or duet sessions are for you.
